Our Society is a non-profit making group of local and not so local people of all ages. We put on 3 shows a year, usually starting with a pantomime in January then a comedy, a thriller, a musical or a farce, usually around May and September.

The kingdom is in disarray, its coffers are empty, the Queen has been shopping again. However, through a series of misunderstandings, the Baron thinks that he’s found a solution.
Milly the Miller’s daughter is given the impossible task of turning straw into gold. But how...?
Help is offered from a strange creature, but what are his motives...is he naughty or nice, and what will be the real price...? Add to this a 'Windy' Miller, his long suffering wife, incompetent farmhand, plus Barons, Witches, Princes, Henchmen & Guards with all the traditions of pantomime and an evening of fun is guaranteed.
